This program will simulate growth, movement, and merging of classic ion storms. Calculations are made using Streu's Ion Storm Physics as a guide.
Local testing has uncovered that NuHost made an exception towards the formulas with respect to merging ion storms. If a weakening storm is the strongest storm, and it merges with another storm that would cause it to become a growing storm while beyond 200 LY in radius (after merge), then 1 meV is subtracted from the new storm to force it back into weakening state.
